Basket of chocolate with strawberries and cream
A simple dessert, sweet and with a stunning presentation for those moments that you want to surprise your guests or enjoy a romantic dinner.
I will tell you the history of this recipe, I saw a photo online but I have not found anyone who have done it so I let it be and I did as it seemed to me.
After, my friend Yanaisy taught me how to do it and even other types of baskets such as chocolate as the photo that I present to you (o Creativity 100%!)
Not me I went out also, but I have to tell you that I now know how to do it and I tell you the “good” recipe in this article that surprised the whole world with something so incredibly simple and eye-catching.

Balloons (preferably water)
In the first place we are going to melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a bain marie. If you are preparing in the microwave, take special care to not to burn, that's why we will put a little time and it is preferable to take it out once in a while and try to undo the bits that are left without a melt with the heat of the chocolate already melted.
Once you wait a few minutes while you lower the temperature of the chocolate, the time in which we will inflate the balloons.
In my case I used balloons normal, but it is preferable to use water balloons because for the size I can to be more collected, although I also say that it depends on how much hinchéis the balloons. As soon as you have swollen lavadlos to remove any dust that may be in the bag or any kind of dirt.
Put the balloon inflated in the bowl full of chocolate, you can put the balloon up to the part you want, calculate how much depth you want the bowl or try to see which os comes out because as a council, put several balloons more, especially the first few times.
Set in a tray that is covered with parchment paper or well greased with butter or oil, important that it be uniform and straight.
The keep it and you will see a layer of chocolate in the ass of the globe that will support to keep it straight. What you leave about 10 or 15 minutes while it cooled to room temperature or in the fridge.
When turn out, you will see how the chocolate layer is not as thick therefore it is advisable to re-run it through the chocolate and let it cool (repeat the procedure).
Then you can fill with cream and strawberries at the time you go to serve it. Enjoy!
