Typical dishes of Portugal
Sausage Portuguese: As you can see in the photographs the sausage is very similar but to me I have learned more about smoked sausage that we buy in Spain. Yes, excellent.
The bread is a true delight, we have become accustomed to eating any bread, especially the pre-cooked food and enjoy a bread like this is a true delight. In addition, you could take it with extra virgin olive oil of Portuguese origin.
All the cheeses were an absolute delight to me, to me I like to combine them with the grapes and what I can tell you, I enjoyed every one of the types.
In addition, we were also able to try a “Ball of Meat” (bread and oil with sausages hunting) which reminded me of the taste of the empanada gallega, a whole experience because when you see a cake you think of sweet and the contrast is sensational.
There were many dishes prepared with egg yolk, each one had different amounts of sugar syrup and other ingredients such as the fresh eggs of the Algarve with egg yolk, cinnamon, almonds and syrup that you see in the photograph, the combination of the aroma, the softness of taste and texture.. Delicious.
“Trouxa de ovos”, with egg yarn, technically, but in roll format.
The “Rebuçados of Portalegre” (cream of yolks caramelized) not ceased to amaze me, a wonderful explosion of flavors along with the sweet wine was the perfect end to a dinner like this. If we talk about sweets we can not stop talking about the cakes of cream or Pastéis de Belém that were seen and unseen, absolutely delicious.
A dinner so each day would be a true delight!
