What ever has happened in the kitchen that necesitabais to see how they performed a particular step or how was the consistency that I had to have a cream or a mass?

To me so many times, so I always appreciate that when I make a recipe for the first time able to see the photos of the step by step or a video of the recipe.

The truffles and roses, the truth is that they are very simple to make and if you see the video have gone on giving me the reason.

The recipe step-by-step

The ingredients that we will use for this recipe are:

  • 1 small can of 370gr Condensed Milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup of coffee sugar
  • 1 sheet of gelatin without flavor
  • 125 gr of butter
  • Red food coloring or 2 tablespoons strawberry powder

The preparation, as you may have already seen in the video, it is truly simple.

In the first place, pour in the condensed milk in a saucepan at a medium temperature to prevent sticking or scorching. Then, we add the butter and stir constantly for melts and both ingredients are well linked.

Once this step is completed, add a few drops of food coloring color pink , so that we can get to make our trufitas roses.

Once we have it, we have removed so soft and all have been linked to pour this cream in a flat container previously greased with butter.
